- Attachment 3 (Response to Questions) Attachment 2 (Brand Name Justification) Attachment 1 (Solicitation) Tyndall Air Force Base wishes to procure one (1) Cummins 60Kw Diesel Generator Model #: 60DGHDB, 120/208 VAC, 3 phase, wye, 4 wire, w/attached sub base fuel tank, and one (1) Bypass Transfer Switch Model #: BTPC225 with 3R Cabinet rating. at Tyndall AFB, FL. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335312 and the small business size standard is 1000 employees. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-aside and is issued pursuant to FAR 19.502-2 (a). All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation FA4819-15-T-0019 will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Site at http://www.FBO.gov. See attached 1449 (attachment 1) and brand name justification (attachment 2). Solicitation will be posted on or about 20 July 2015. It is incumbent upon interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
