- HDPE Pipe - BLM Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for HDPE Pipe, prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Firm fixed-price offers are requested under this Request for Quotation (RFQ) number L15PS00774. This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83. This solicitation is set aside 100% for small business under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 326122. The small business size standard is 500 employees. Offers are due no later than 5:00 pm MT, Monday, August 3, 2015. Vendors must be actively registered with System for Award Management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be considered eligible for award; however, it is not necessary to register through FedConnect.net to access any documents. The System for Award Management (SAM) is the Official U.S. Government system that consolidated the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, ORCA, and EPLS. There is NO fee to register for this site. The Bureau of Land Management, Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, has a requirement for 6 miles of HDPE pipe according to the specifications below: 2 Miles (10,560 ft.) of 2 inch, SDR 9, HDPE, 202 PSI (5,280 ft. per reel) 1 Mile (5,280 ft.) of 2 inch SDR 11, HDPE, 160 PSI (5,280 ft. per reel) 3 Miles (15,840 ft.) of 1.5 inch SDR 9, HDPE, 202 PSI (5,280 ft. per reel) All pipe needs to meet these additional criteria -Fusible -Black in color Deliver to: BLM - Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument 669 South Hwy 89A Kanab, UT 84741 (Forklift and Loading Dock on Site) **24 hour advanced notice is required by calling Allen Bate at (435)644-1224.
