Description

The Buffalo VA Medical Center located at 3495 Bailey Ave. Buffalo NY and the Canandaigua VA Medical Centers located at 400 Fort Hill Ave. Canandaigua New York have a requirement for a maintenance, monitoring and surveillance program for the Copper/Silver Ionization systems at each location. The services required for each of these pieces of equipment are as follows: SEMI-ANNUAL FLOW CELL SERVICE Surveillance and Validation "Quarterly Copper Silver Lab Testing and Analysis at 3 distal sites "Weekly copper hand-held testing analysis "System Monitoring "Weekly Analysis of System Output Settings "System Adjustments Made as Needed " Flow Cell Maintenance "Cleaning, descaling, & decalcification semi-annually "Evaluate and recalibrate flow cells once per year "Electrode replacement program " Reporting "System Performance Reporting " Additional Services "24/7 phone support "Development of distal site flushing protocol The NAICS Code is 561790. The expected cost range for this firm fixed price contract to include four option years is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This sources sought is to determine whether there is sufficient interest to warrant either an open market or a small business set aside competition for ithis procurement.. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Buffalo and Canandaigua VA Medical Centers. Please note at least 50 percent of the cost of personnel for contract performance shall be spent for employees of the concern for a proposal to be considered for a small business set-aside.
