- Request for Quote This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 0010649745 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) IAW FAR Parts 12 and 13. This requirement is being solicited as a brand name requirement on FedBizOpps as a 100% Small Business, with North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541511, Customer Computer Programming Services, with a small business size standard of $27.5M. Only quotes submitted by small business concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a small business concern will not be considered for award. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82, effective 07 May 2015. Quotes will be evaluated on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to the Government. This combined synopsis/solicitation is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the United States Air Force. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation anytime before contract award. The Government is NOT liable for any costs and/or activity associated with providing a response to this announcement. Any costs incurred as a result of a response to this announcement shall be borne by the firm and will not be charged to the Government for reimbursement. In order to be considered for award by the Government, vendors must adhere to the quotation requirements and respective evaluation factors set herein within FAR Provision 52.212-1's Addendum. The 502 nd Contracting Squadron, 2250 Engineer St., Ste 1, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), Fort Sam Houston (FSH), TX 78234 has a requirement for Asure Software Meeting Room Manager Maintenance and Support in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS) (See Attachment 1) in support of the U.S. Army North. The Government intends to award one (1) Firm-Fixed Price contract for this requirement. This requirement is for a period of one (1) year.
