The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, shipping, safety equipment, and any other items and services necessary to provide the required furniture fabric to Kadena AB, Okinawa, Japan. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, instructions, and commercial practices. The applicable NAICS code is 337121. This is a competitive acquisition which will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation. This solicitation will be distributed solely on the Internet at the following address beginning on or after 31 July 2015: https://www.fbo.gov/. Closing date of this solicitation will be 15 calendar days after the issue date. NO PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE MAILED FOR ANY REASON. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract and does not restrict the Government in its ultimate acquisition approach. This notice does not obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. NOTICE TO OFFERORS/SUPPLIERS: Funds are not presently available for this effort. Now award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
