- Subject Sources Sought for the Supply and Delivery of 6 NEW Thrust Bearing Pump and Motor sets for Ice Harbor Lock and Dam located at 2763 Monument Dr., Burbank, WA 99323. Contractor shall supply and deliver 6 NEW Thrust and Bearing Pump and Motor Sets as described below SCOPE Contractor shall furnish and deliver new thrust bearing pump and motor sets to Ice Harbor Lock & Dam. Refurbished pumps shall be cause for rejection. Upon request, two sets of technical documentation, including pump performance curves, NPSHR, component specifications, motor data, mounting dimensions and sales drawings shall be submitted to the technical point of contact at site (through Contracting Office), for technical evaluation, prior to contract award. Three sets of O & M manuals shall be included with the delivery. less than /p greater than Mechanical The pump and motor sets shall meet the following specifications. Pump and motor shall be sized to deliver turbine oil at specified flow rate and suction condition without cavitation. Pump suction will be located 6' below static fluid level (below sump). Suction piping will consist of up to 15' of 1-1/4 quote mark OD stainless steel tubing, with a suction strainer. The base shall be sufficiently rigid to support the motor and pump, and maintain flatness to avoid frame deflection, without the use of additional supports or members. Due to extreme environmental sensitivity, leaking seals, at any rate, shall not be acceptable. SCHEDULE Delivery by September 24, 2015. Contractor shall make prior arrangements with the Government personnel at site to deliver and unload the equipment.
