- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a non-competitive basis with Epsilon Systems Solutions, Chesapeake, VA for the purchase of one (1) 20in display Monitor (P/N 628892-1) and one (1) 24in display monitor (P/N 628891-1). The Government intends to procure the above item(s) under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
