Description
Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Ft. Sam Houston, in behalf of the Brooke Army Medical Center, TX, intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii) with ACT Technologies, Inc., 64 Peachtree Road, Suite 201 Asheville, North Carolina, 28803-3154. The service will be provided at the Westover Hills Community Based Medical Home (CBMH) at 10010 Rogers Crossing, San Antonio, TX 78251. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 11:59 pm, Eastern Standard Time, 30 July 2015. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. The point of contact for this action is Osvaldo Vela, Contract Specialist, osvaldo.c.vela.civ@mail.mil. Background: The Westover Medical Home on the Northwest side of San Antonio is scheduled to open in August 2015. Therefore, the contract needs to be awarded as it is time-sensitive in that it needs to be in place as soon as possible to ensure high quality care is made available to the military families/beneficiaries throughout the region. The 12,500-square-foot community-based medical home will house 13 board-certified providers with varied backgrounds and a multitude of experience to serve their patients. People will also have the benefits of on-site laboratory capabilities and a pharmacy with a drive-thru. ACF Technologies' Q-Flow is already operable in nearly a dozen military medical clinics across San Antonio. Customer is satisfied with the performance and reliability. Because Westover Hills is one of several community-based medical homes designed to offer convenient, high quality care to military families makes this a sole source purchase, as no other product would meet the government's requirement. Requirement: Provide all software licenses, properly trained/experienced labor, materials, hardware, project management, training, workflow rules alignment, communication and supervision to configure, test and install Q-Flow Software and Hardware for the Westover Hills Community Based Medical Home at 10010 Rogers Crossing, San Antonio, scheduled to open come August 2015. ACF Technologies, Inc.: ACF Technologies, Inc. is the sole source provider for the Q-Flow application for the Government sector within the United States. This product and its peripherals can only be purchased and supported by ACF Technologies, Inc. and no other entity can sell or support these products.
