Description

Services Non Personal: This Statement of Work (SOW) is for VISN 7 facilities and their Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) regarding documentation gap analysis as it relates to the transition to ICD-10 classification system and the clinical documentation improvement for VERA. This analysis will be performed on both inpatient and outpatient records and will provide both facility and VISN level reports. One task statement will be to provide provider and coding training based on the results of the audit. It is expected that the vendor will utilize the Encoder Product Suite/Clintegrity 360 software to extract on all coding records. Electronic submission permitted to kevin.warren2@va.gov
