- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 15-EBSA-OTI-NAT-0060 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). All firms or individuals responding must be registered on the System for Award Management (SAM) website, which can be found at http://www.sam.gov/. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 811219 and the small business size standard is $20.5 Mil Dollars. This RFQ is issued under simplified acquisition procedures is for maintenance of Liebert 80kVA Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) for the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA), Office of Technology and information Services (OTIS). Place of Performance will be the U. S. Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA). The Period of Performance will be approximately September 03, 2015 through September 02, 2016. The Contractor shall provide the U.S. Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) with 1 year of maintenance of Liebert 80kVA Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) IAW the attached SOW. Quotations must be received by the time and date posted on the Fedbizopps notice. The Government prefers that all offers are e-mailed to the point-of-contact below with contractors name listed in the subject block. The Government Primary point-of-contact is STEPHEN ROANE and can be reached at roane.stephen.d@dol.gov the Government Secondary point-of-contact is DONNA MCMULLEN and can be reached at McMullen.Donna.R@dol.gov. An official authorized to bind your company shall sign and date the proposal. Late replies to the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation will be processed in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f), "Late submission: modifications, revisions and withdrawals of offers."
