- The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville, Florida, 32212-0097 intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract and will utilize procedures under FAR Part 13.5, Test Programs for Certain Commercial Items The requirement calls for three (3) Handheld 50 GHz Microwave Analyzers to include a three year return to manufacturer warranty. The requested analyzer will need to include the following product options: (1) extended range transmission analysis; (2) vector network analyzer; (3) vector network analyzer full 2-port s-parameters; (4) TDR cable measurements; (5) spectrum analyzer; (6) pre-amplifier; (7) cable and antenna analyzer; (8) economy mechanical calibration kit return to manufacturer warranty One year; and (9) productivity assistance daily, (training as requested). for Trident Refit Facility. A complete RFQ package will be available on or about 29 July 2015 by downloading the documents at the NECO Website as follows: http:// www.neco.navy.mil. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334515 with a size standard of 500 in number of employees. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
