- Statement of Work for Laptop Charging Cabinets SOURCES SOUGHT- Market Research 1. The Government has a requirement for laptop charging cabinets. The required item is commercial in nature, therefore, FAR Part 12; Acquisition of Commercial Items shall apply to this acquisition. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, transportation, and services to the 460 FSS as required. A firm requirement has not yet been established, a draft Statement of Work (SOW) is attached. 2. Set-Aside: TBD, however anticipate 100% small business or some category thereof. 3. NAICS Code: TBD, anticipate 334112 (Computer Storage Device Manufacturing). If you believe another code is more applicable based on SOW please indicate and state justification with your reply. 4. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS PUBLISHED FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. 5. Note this is not a request to be placed on a solicitation mailing list nor is it a request for proposal, or an announcement of a solicitation. 6. All questions or comments must be emailed to Contract Specialist, A1C Stanfield at tylar.stanfield@us.af.mil, by 3 Aug 2015 @ 2:00 pm MST. Telephone and other means of oral communication shall not be permitted. 7. Responses should include: (1) Company name, address, point of contact, phone/fax/email, and business size and status (e.g., small business, 8(a), veteran owned small business, service-disabled veteran owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, and women owned small business), DUNS number, and CAGE Code. (2) Proof of experience and capability of meeting requirements in SOW. No facsimile transmissions will be accepted. CAPABILITY STATEMENTS MUST DEMONSTRATE THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OUTLINED IN SOW. (3) NAICS info if applicable (reference paragraph 3 above). 8. The Government will not pay for any material provided in response to this market survey nor return the data provided. 9. All interested parties should respond by 1400 hours MST on 5 Aug 2015, to A1C Tylar Stanfield, tylar.stanfield@us.af.mil.
