This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Parts 12.6 and 13, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office seeks to provide software license renewal of a Microsoft Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES) bundle for the United States Naval Academy (USNA) in Annapolis, MD. The current Microsoft EES bundled software requiring renewal is licensed under the Maryland Education Enterprise Consortium ™s (MEEC) Microsoft Agreement desktop bundle. The bundle consists of a specialized combination of software titles offered to MEEC from Microsoft ™s Campus Agreement through a regional distributor. THE CONTRACTOR MUST BE A MICROSOFT LICENSING SOLUTION PROVIDER (LSP) AUTHORIZED TO PROVIDE THE SELECTED SOFTWARE AND LICENSE RENEWALS CONSISTENT WITH THE MEEC BUNDLE IN THE REGION COVERING ANNAPOLIS, MD.
