- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. The 134th Contracting Office is issuing this sources sought seeking to identify responsible potential sources conduct a Backflow Prevention and Cross Connection (BFPCC) survey as described in the attached Performance Work Statement at McGhee Tyson ANGB, Louisville, TN. This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. Pricing information is not being requested at this time. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. Interested parties will be required to respond to the resultant solicitation separately from their response to this sources sought notice. A responsible potential source shall have registered with the System for Award Management. Responders to this notice need to provide, in a written document, their business category (small or large). The response should be one page providing the following information: Business name and address, CAGE code, size classification, socioeconomic classification based on NAICS size standard (NAICS 541620, $15,000,000) and a point of contact. Additionally, include a one-page attachment outlining the company's capabilities. The attachment should show evidence of your experience in work similar in type and scope to include; contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts, and points of contact. Specifically, be sure to address your company's knowledge of and ability to complete a BFPCC. The total submission should not exceed two pages. Please respond to this request by 7 August 2015 at 2:00 PM PDT.
