- Description
- The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary for Custodial Services at Building 104 and Building 715 at Camp Zama, Japan in accordance with this Performance-Based Work Statement (PWS) Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement. Note 3: If your company requires an escort in order to gain access to the U.S. government installation, please fill in and submit the Guest Pass request to the contract administrator one (1) week prior to the pre-proposal conference date. Note 4: The Map can not be posted at FBO, but it's a part of PWS. Please contact at the buyer in order to obtain the Map.
