- Attachment No. 1 - Wage Rates Draft Clauses and Scope YOSE 006055 This is a Combined Synopses / Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is P15PX02341 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), unless otherwise indicated herein. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code: 115112 Period of Performance: October 2015 through September 2016 Description: The National Park Service (NPS), Denver Service Center (DSC) is requesting Revegitation Services for Yosemite National Park in California, is to perform the following tasks: provide technical assistance in the field of native plant revegetation, and ecological restoration including bioengineering; prepare revegetation plans; prepare project sites for seed and plant installation; install seed and plants; collect seed and cuttings; propagate native plants from ordering agency genetic stocks; control exotic plants; salvage plants from designated areas; construct or apply plant protective devices or substances; provide plant establishment care; locate and provide plants when genetic considerations are not applicable; hold and care for plants in the contractor nursery if project delays require; and monitor revegetation/restoration success. **A Pre-proposal site visit will be scheduled at the Park. Additional information will be posted as an Amendment to this solicitation via www.FBO.gov. ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond.
