- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Lee, Virginia is issuing this sources sought synopsis as part of market survey in accordance with FAR Part 10 to identify parties capable of providing the following: The Contractor shall provide the personnel required to instruct 400 hours of KNOA implementation support including the training of administrators and training development personnel in the base year and every other year following. This training will include material specific to the user experience technology and analytical tools; data collection at the desktop; the aggregation, and analysis of execution specific to user activity, user errors, and user workflows; application performance specific to response and errors. Explaining to developers and instructors how the tool optimizes the following: (1) Accelerate job analysis and task list review, (2) Drive adoption and efficient use of Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP), (3) Decrease cost of end user services, (4) Improve end user experience, and (5) Optimize process execution and governance. The Contractor will provide 200 hours of training within 90 days of contract award. The contractor will conduct a second 200 hours of training within 180 days after the first training event. Market research is being conducted to determine potential small business sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this notice is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The results of this request may lead to a future synopsis announcement in FEDBIZOPPS as a request for quote.
