Description

The NAVSUP Fleet and Logistics Center, San Diego (NAVSUP FLCSD), Contracting Department intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price service contract on other than full and open competition basis. The requirement is for the contractor to provide polygraph examinations and plethysmograph assessments of prisoners who are in the Naval Consolidated Brig Miramar (NCBM) Sex Offender Treatment Program (SOTP). Draft Statement of Work is attached. The applicable NAICS code is 561611, business size: $20.5M. The anticipated period of performance (PoP) is from 01 October 2015 through 30 September 2016. No solicitation exists. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any interested contractor capable of providing this requirement is invited to submit written notification via email to Norman Florida, Contract Specialist (CS), NAVSUP FLCSD, 619-556-5323, norman.florida@navy.mil not later than (NLT) 3:00PM San Diego, California time on 19 August 2015. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract will be based upon the responses and is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. Any information submitted by respondents to this technical description is strictly voluntary. Contact the CS for any questions or concerns.
