Description

SF 18 Solicitation N00421-15-T-0509 is issued as an intent to sole source. This action will be conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and FAR Part 13. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Amphenol Thermometrics for Temperature Wells, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). These are replacements parts, Amphenol is the Original Equipment Manufacturer, and holds the proprietary rights to the design of modules that are required to manufacture the required equipment Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. The Government intends to award this on a sole source basis. All interested parties MUST submit their capabilities and a quote to Olive Rogers at olive.rogers@navy.mil no later than 4:00pm Eastern 19-August-2015.
