- Statement of Work This is a request for information only. This is not a request for quote/proposal and there is no solicitation package available at this time. The United States Air Force, 375 Contracting Squadron, Scott Air Force Base, IL is seeking sources to provide Catholic Religious Education Coordinator services. Scott Air Force Base is conducting market research to determine the availability of persons capable of providing Catholic Religious Education service to the Chapel located at Scott Air Force Base. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611710 and the business size is $15.0M. Description of Service To provide non-personal services as the Roman Catholic Religious Education (RE) Coordinator for the Roman Catholic community at Scott Air Force Base, IL in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Contract Type 375 Contracting Squadron is anticipating a performance based, firm fixed price contract. The duration of the contract would be one (1) base year plus four (4) one (1) year options. Information Required This acquisition is being considered for Small Business Socio-Economic contracting programs (i.e., Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), HUBZone, 8(a), Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB)) and Small Business set-aside.
