- The International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) Affairs office at US Embassy San Jose, Costa Rica requires one (1) 45 Eduardoņo patrol boat (brand name or equal) with the option to purchase one (1) additional similar boat for transfer to the Costa Rican Coast Guard. The specifications for the desired Eduardoņo platform are cited in Appendix 1 of this document. This patrol boat will add to the Costa Rican Coast Guards existing fleet of 25 Eduardoņo boats -- for which the Coast Guard is well on its way to establish a sustainable integrated logistics and maintenance program to support the life cycle sustainment of their fleet.
