- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to design, entire installation, and integration of a Giant Voice System at the 139th Air Wing, St. Joseph, MO 64503, as defined in the attached PWS. A site visit will be held on 20 August 2015 at 1:00 PM local time. Address: Room 1, Building 26, 139th AW, 705 Memorial Dr., St. Joseph, MO 64503. * For attendance to the site visit: Please provide the full name of the company with DUNS number, first and last name of the person(s) attending and valid government issued ID. Vehicle license, registration and insurance will be required to drive on base. Prior to arrival please send this information to the POC: SSgt Adam Danner. Include this solicitation number in the subject line of the email. Offeror shall submit their quote in accordance with FAR 52.212-1 of the attached solicitation. Please include the solicitation number in the subject line of the electronic message. The Contracting Officer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not included in the quote. Offers shall be received no later than 11:00 AM Local Time on 31 August 2015.
