Material NaI(T1) 1" x 3.24" Select Premium Grade crystal, or equal. 2. Aluminum housing that is integral environmentally sealed that can with stand 8' of water emersion or 3.5 psi. 3. Photomultiplier is a Hamamatsu ( no substitute) R1924-01 with flying leads with a mu-metal wrap. Cathode Blue sensitivity index of 11.0 or better. Mu-metal shielding sufficient to limit the gain shift at 662 KeV of a deviation less than 1% when the axis of the detector is rotated 360 degree in the x.y plane and the x,z plane. Relative to the x.y plane that is parallel to plane of the surface of the earth. 4. Pulse Height Resolution 7.5% or better at 662KeV ( Cs-137 ). 5. Wires should be attached to a 14 pin base Wire supplied by STL to be soldered to flying leads of PMT. 24 AWG rated at 600V and 1000V which are specified in list. The following color will be attached to each flying lead of the PMT. K= black, DY1= brown, DY2= red, DY3=orange, DY4= yellow, DY5= green, DY6= blue, DY7= violet, DY8=Gray ( 600V),DY9= white ( 600V), DY10= Gray ( 1000V), Anode= white ( 1000V). Wire length will be 15" from end of flying lead 6. Storage temperature -20 C to 55 C. 7. Operating temp -20C to 50 C. 8. Sensor assembly is preloaded to withstand 25G force. 9. Dark current measurement will be under 20nA with lead shielding and background and system cabling subtracted. This measurement will be made at 700V and will be measured within approximately 5 minutes, with a +15 minute window. 10. Gain Stability measurement will be made at 30 minutes and 60 minutes with +15 minute test window. The two measurements will be compared within a 2% of change to be acceptable. 11. No stickers or manufactures stickers are to be on the sensor. Only engraved serial and part numbers.
