Description

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, San Diego, CA intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Getinge USA, Inc 1777 E Henrietta Rd, Rochester, NY 14623-3133. Part Numbers: 1.) 61301608100 Valve Safety, 45PSIG, 2.) 61301607691 Gasket DR WS400 S3, 3.) 61301605860 PM PKG Rebuild Upper, 4.) 61301605861 PM PKG Rebuild Lower, 5.) 61301609710 XDCR Press 4-20MA, 0-60PSI, 6.) 61301607421 Cord Assy 6ft Press XDCR and LABOR for the Maintenance and reapir of the(2)ea Medical Sterilizers. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. In doing so, interested sources must submit technical capabilities, pricing, and other information that demonstrates their ability to meet the Fleet Logistics Center ™s needs.
