- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is NOT a request for quotation and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract/purchase order. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to seek out interested small businesses capable of fulfilling the service requirement. The MCI-East Contracting Department and Marine Corps Logisitcs Base, Albany, Georgia are performing market research to determine available sources that can provide: ANSI Network Site License for ASSE, B11 and ISEA Standards from ANSI (see list below). The referenced standard listed below should provide include one (1) location(s) and one (1) simultaneous users. (for approximately, but not limited to six users), one (1) year networking site license (including two additional option years for renewal) for the below listed standards, an annual license fee per year. Under the terms of the license, the ANSI licenses agreement will provide access to the ANSI Site License Portal for the agreed upon number of users and simultaneous users for anytime access, and the ability to download a PDF copy of the standard for you to load on your internal corporate server for access by employees at the agreed location. The employees can make temporary hard copies as needed but neither the hard copy nor the PDF copy can be given to any other party. If any updates or revisions to this standard are published during the three years of your license they will be made available at no additional cost. The applicable NAICS code is 541611 with a small business size standard of $15.0 Million. In addition, interested vendors shall provide the following information: 1) Is your business a large or small business under this NAICS code? 2) If the size standard is small, indicate if your firm is certified under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, HubZone certified, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Woman Owned Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business or Small Business. 3) Are the services available under a GSA/FSS contract? If so, please provide contract number. 4) These services been acquired by any government agencies? If so, please provide names of agencies, POCs and contract numbers. 5) Cage Code and DUNS Number. Cage Code and DUNS number must be registered on Systems for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov) Responses to this sources sought notice shall be e-mailed to: tony.benson@usmc.mil.
