- Solicitation The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Service Agency (FSA) Management Services Division (MSD) Kansas City (KC) Warehouse has a requirement to trade-in current tabber equipment, procure a new Head and Foot Tabbing System with applicable warranty, receive maintenance support with certified technicians, and acquire training for the acquired system. The attached solicitation provides the minimum specifications pertaining to this requirement. Please review sections L and M for proposal instructions and an explanation of the evaluation process.
