- Attachment 3 - Past Performance Worksheet Attachment 2 - PWS—Niger Air Force Multi-Engine Land and Instrument Training (31 July 15) Attachment 1 - Schedule B & Clauses – Solicitation No. FA3002-15-T-0004 Combined Synopsis-Solicitation (Niger Multi-Engine Training) The 338 SCONS at JBSA-Randolph TX intends to award a single-award Firm-Fixed Priced (FFP) contract for Multi-Engine Land and Instrument Rating Pilot Training. This attached documents comprise a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is FA3002-15-T-0004 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-aside.
