Description

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Philadelphia intends to solicit on a sole source basis to AlphaLabs, 48, Rue Gallieni Manoir De Seine, Chartrettes, 77590, for a one (1) year license agreement to the Eagle Racing Web Tool, a web-based collaborative decision-making simulation tool to enhance the Information Resources Management College curriculum supporting the Joint Education Transformation effort. The collaborative decision-making tool will be used to understand the management challenges of decision-making; cross sector collaboration; ethical, culture- and value-related factors in collaboration contexts; collaboration traps and barriers and opportunities and limitations of collaboration technology. The previous purchase order for this requirement is N00189-14-P-Z717. The procurement is being processed through other than full and open competition pursuant to the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all inquiries received within three days after the date of publication of this synopsis. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed procurement action based on the responses received is solely within the discretion of the government.
