- Word Version of Tyndall AFB's Base Cable Notice of Contract Action (NOCA). NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION (NOCA) This notice is published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5.203(a) requiring the dissemination of information regarding proposed contract actions. This is a Notice of Intent to award a modification under FA4819-11-C-0005 for a three (3) month extension at $9,000.00 (est.). This is a firm fixed price effort. This modification will cite the authority of FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services. Contract FA4819-11-C-0005 was awarded on 1 Oct 2010 with a base period of performance of 1-Oct-2010 - 30 Nov 2011 with four option periods with performance through 30 Sept 2015. 325 CONS, Building 647, Stop 28, 501 Airey Avenue, Suite 5, Tyndall AFB, FL 32493-5526 intends to award a firm-fixed priced, sole source modification to Mediacom Southwest LLC, 1613 Nantahala Beach Rd, Gulf Breeze, FL 32563-8944, for Cable Television Services at Tyndall AFB for an extended 3 month period of performance. The North American Industry Classification for this acquisition is 515210 - Cable Broadcasting Networks. Mediacom Southwest LLC is not a small business. This will be the only notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate, and award the modification to one source to satisfy this requirement. The Government plans to issue the contract award for this requirement no later than 30 Sept 2015. Mediacom Southwest LLC is the current incumbent of Tyndall AFB's Base Cable contract.
