- This is a proposed open market acquisition for services, non-personal: provide all management, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, personnel, and materials necessary to provide Aircraft Latrine Services for the 403rd Wing at Keesler Air Force Base (KAFB), Mississippi. All work shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The period of performance is base year 1 October 2015 to 30 September 2016 with 2 option years. The solicitation will be posted to http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ on or about 21 August 2015. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 562291 and the size standard is $7.0 million. The government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as result of the solicitation. The solicitation may be downloaded from FedBizopps, since copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of contract with any DoD agency. Registration may be accomplished at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Any interested party may submit a proposal which will be considered by this organization.
