- FA3047-15-R-0077, Brand Name JA Wage Determination Base Access Request Form Attachment 3, TE 2 Attachment 2, TE 1 Attachment 1, SOW FA3047-15-R-0077 RFP This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for upgrading the current Intrusion Detection System (IDS) on JBSA-Lackland issued by t he 502d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Randolph. The solicitation number is FA3047-15-R-0077 and the North American Industry Classification (NAISC) code for this requirement is 334290 with a size standard of 750 employees. T his is a partial brand name requirement for Honeywell Vindicator items. T he offeror providing IDS installation shall be a certified Honeywell Vindicator contractor. General scope of the requirement includes the upgrade of all end-of-service panels and equipment to support existing and future alarmed facilities; provide support equipment needed to integrate the new Intrusion Detection Equipment (IDE); re-route all AFISR alarms to Bldg. 1030 (BDOC); and upgrade IDS Communication Room equipment/racks located in Bldg. 1030 to support upgrades. The s ystem to be installed shall be the Vindicator version 7.0 platform. The system shall meet the USAF Authority to Operate (ATO) for the Vindicator version 7.0 platform. Additionally, all IDS keypads deployed in the field must be Vindicator graphical keypads (Vindicator Area Commander Keypads) approved for the Vindicator version 7.0 platform. A Honeywell-Vindicator certified contractor will provide all necessary supervision, labor, travel, materials, tools, equipment, accessories and other items necessary to safely complete the installation of all components. Installation shall adhere to the Air Force standards set forth in certification standards in AFI 31-101 and related safety and security publications to include TIA/EIA-570, Residential Telecommunications Cabling Standards, TIA/EIA-607, Commercial Building Grounding and bonding Requirements for Telecommunications, NFPA 70 National Electric Code (NEC), NFPA 101, Life Safety Code, NFPA 780, Standard for the installation of Lightning Protection Systems and the Security Forces Non-Nuclear Intrusion Detection Equipment Approval Letter list provided by USAF HQ/A7S.
