- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound will be soliciting for HAND HELD RADIOS AND ACCESSORIES in support of Command Navy Region Korea. This acquisition will be negotiated on a sole source basis with Motorola Solutions per FAR 6.302. FOB Destination. This requirement to be solicited on a sole source basis with Motorola Solutions per FAR 6.302, Commercial basis, under FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. Award under this procurement will be made to the technically acceptable offer which provides the best value to the Government, past performance and price considered. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the NECO website on or about 20 August 2015 with proposals due by 25 August 2015. A Firm-Fixed Price, supply type contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which, if received in a timely manner, shall be considered by NAVSUP FLC PS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or faxed. Emailed or faxed completed solicitations are acceptable. Electronic submission of proposals/quotes via NECO is not available at this time.
