- Att No. 2 - Additional Provisions and Clauses Att No. 1 - Bid Schedule Att No. 3 - Delta Cross Channel Spare Parts The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Mid-Pacific Region has a requirement for: (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ). RFQ No. is R15PS01670 (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83. (iv) This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside and the associated NAICS is 423830 and the associated small business size standard is 100 employees. (v) The contract line items (CLINS) are listed as follows: See Attachment No. 1 - Schedule of Supplies (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired. See Attachment No. 3 for Specifications and Drawings *Note - If providing an "or equal product" instead of the brand name listed in the specifications, offeror shall submit a narrative supporting the "or equal" product. Supporting narrative should clearly show that the proposed product is equivalent to the brand name product by comparing the salient characteristics of the two brands based on bearing type, housing features, dimensions and material for bearing/housing. If the lowest quote is based on a "or equal" brand, Contracting Officer will make a brand name or equal determination prior to award based on the information provided by the offeror and any additional information that is available to him/her. (vii) Delivery date for this requirement is 60 days after award. Place of delivery is Bureau of Reclamation, Attention: Mr. Bill Dutton, 16650 Kelso Road, Byron, CA 94514-1909. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) Destination). Contractor shall include all shipping cost within each contract line item cost as there will be no separate line item for cost associated with shipping or any applicable taxes. The following clauses and provisions are applicable to this commercial item acquisition: (viii) FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) FAR provision 52.212-2 is not applicable to this RFQ. Determination of award will be based on the lowest priced after determination of brand name or equal (if lowest prices quote is based on or equal product), responsive quote from a responsible offeror. (x) Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (xii) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. See attachment No 2 for additional provisions and clauses applicable to this acquisition. (xiii) Additional contract requirement(s) and terms and conditions are included in Attachment No. 2. and Attachment 3. (xiv) Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) is not applicable to this procurement.
