Description

Patient Lodging Services - Iowa City VA Health Care System This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested. Solicitation number VA263-15-Q-0821 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82. The VA anticipates award of one indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract award for all resources necessary to complete the Patient Lodging Services for the Iowa City VA Health Care Systems. Additional requirements are listed within the attached solicitation documentation. This procurement is unrestricted. Prospective offerors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to contract award: (www.sam.gov). Quotes will only be accepted from responsible and responsive contractors. The NAICS code for the solicitation is 721110 with a size standard of $32.5 million. A list of the contract line items, quantity, and unit of measure are listed within the attached solicitation documentation. Quotes are due to the Contracting Office by August 26, 2015 at 11:00 AM CST. Quotes are required to be emailed to Kelly.Nussbaum@va.gov prior to the solicitation closing date and time. It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure their quote is received by the Contracting Officer before the solicitation closing.
