- SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS Offerors are required to submit a formal letter from the Manufacturer on the Manufacturers letterhead. The letter shall contain: 1) the authorized sales representatives (name of individual and company) of the Manufacturer, 2) acknowledgement from the Manufacturer that they are aware that the above named representative is also representing other manufacturers, 3) that the above named sales representative is authorized to act on behalf of the manufacturer on this solicitation, and 4) a point of contact of the Manufacturer. See the attached diagram in which depicts the power poles and outlets. Offer Due Date is now 23 Aug 2015 at 10 P.M.(HST) See the attached solicitation and bill of materials. SITE VISIT- Fort Shafter, Hawaii Date/Time: Friday, July 31, 2015 at 9:00a.m. Hawaii Standard Time RSVP no later than: Thursday, July 30, 2015 at 3:00p.m. Hawaii Standard Time The purpose of this site visit is to provide clarity on any questions that may arise for this requirement. Offerors and/or representatives are encouraged to attend the site visit. If you are interested in attending, submit all attendee's names, e-mail addresses, cell phone and work telephone numbers to christina.m.kidwell.mil@mail.mil no later than 3:00p.m. Hawaii Standard Time on Thursday, July 30, 2015. If no interest is received by this time, the Government will cancel the planned site visit. If cancelled, no other site visit will be scheduled. Attendance constitutes agreement to release the Government of liabilities due to any accidents or injury occurring during the site visit. Any discussions, remarks, and explanations that may be made by any Government representative during the site visit will not change the terms of the solicitation and the technical specifications unless the solicitation is amended in writing. NOTE: WE WILL BEGIN AT BLDG 505 AND MOVE TO BLDG T-115 UPON COMPLETION.
