Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23 located at 708 South Third Street, Suite 200E Minneapolis, MN 55415, is issuing a pre-solicitation notice for the VA Black Hills Health Care System located at 113 Comanche Road, Fort Meade, SD 57741. The pre-solicitation notice is for a contract to provide Polysomnography Services. It is estimated that 600 fully attended and 150 unattended sleep studies will be required annually. Ancillary equipment for a 2 bed lab will also be required. The scoring, review, and interpretation may take place off-site. The resulting solicitation will be for a fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract (FP/IDIQ). The contract period will be for one (1) base year. It is anticipated that commencement of performance will be November 26, 2015. The contract will also include four (4), one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. NAICS Code 621498 applies with a size standard of $20.5 million. Interested offerors should respond to the solicitation which will be posted to FEDBIZOPPS.GOV Federal Business Opportunities https://fbo.gov tentatively September 1-4, 2015. The anticipated closing date will be at least two weeks from the actual posting date. This requirement will be set aside for small businesses. Interested offerors should ask questions during the question period which will be when the actual solicitation is posted. All questions and answers will be posted to FBO as an amendment to the solicitation. Offerors interested in responded to the solicitation should ensure that their registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database http://sam.gov is current. This notice does not commit the government to contract for any service.
