This procurement is being solicited on a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The NAICS and small business size standard for this project are: 332312/500. Only one award will result from this solicitation, via the issuance of firm-fixed-price simplified acquisition order. All deliveries must be completed within 14 weeks after receipt of award. NOTE THIS ACTION HAS MULTIPLE DELIVERIES. THE Qty. for this request is 12 each. Two (2) sets will be shipped to six (6) detachments. SPECIFIC TASKS: Successful contractor shall provide all items listed on the attached CLIN SHEET. BASIS FOR AWARD: The Government will make award to the responsible/responsive Offeror whose offer will be most advantageous to the Government based on lowest price/technically acceptable factors. Offerors shall provide a detailed price quote. This requirement is for a Brand Name "or Equal". The evaluation of the "or equal" alternative item will be made by the technical team. If you are quoting an "equal" item you must provide name, model number, description, size, picture, and all other relevant information about the item. You must provide the same information that is currently in the specifications attachment. This information must be included as an attachment to your quote on the response date of this announcement. Offerors must provide their DUNS number which is active in https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Registration MUST BE ACTIVE AT TIME DUE DATE FOR QUOTES.
