- Western Area Power Administration has a Brand Name requirement for SEL relays, test switches and control switches. This solicitation is 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Code is 335314 and the business size standard is 500 employees. The solicitation closes August 27 2015 2015 at 1700 CST. All products quoted must meet Brand Name specifications; SEL equipment is used throughout WAPA. FOB Destination. The Contracting Officer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the quote. Only new items are acceptable; no refurbished items will be considered. If you wish to offer a quote, please quote all items as award will be made to only one vendor who quote meets the requirements and is lowest price.
