Description

1. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, Independence, Ohio intends to solicit quotations for Dental Laboratory Services for the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center, located at 10701 East Blvd, Cleveland, Ohio. A Statement of Works (SOW) will be detailed in the solicitation. The Request for Proposal number is VA250-15-R-0385. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 339116 - Dental Laboratories, the size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation will be a Small Business (SB) set-aside. 3. The intended contract period is a base year plus four (4) one-year option periods. 4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the FedBizOpps website, https://www.fbo.gov/. The tentative solicitation issue date is 9/15/2015, and the anticipated closing date is 10/15/2015. Interested contractors are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times. 5.
