Normally it is designated as an HR (High Resolution) or UHR (Ultra High Resolution). Response: We have the High Resolution polepiece. 2. Also something your end user may want to look into with the manufacturer (Jeol) is if there is an internal collimator. If so this might limit the solid angle that can be achieved with the larger area detector. Response: No collimator
