Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912CN-15-T-0266 and it is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). The solicitation is set-aside for small business entities and all interested offerors under this category shall submit written quotes (oral quotes will not be accepted). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is: 334112, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The purpose of this requirement is to provide one (1) TSS 3100 Video Server List, one (1) Serial/GPI Connections List, one (1) Storage List, and 2 day shipping and installation of the device to replace the existing video server utilized by the Directorate, Programs, Training, Management, & Security (DPTMS) AND Visual Information Center TV2 to maintain a Command Information Channel at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, material, tools, and any other items and services needed to install and setup the video server. Delivery will be required within 30 calendar days after receipt of order.
