- Life Fitness Recumbent Bikes Eielson AFB, Alaska has a requirement to provide and install 9 Life Fitness recumbent bikes SE Domestic, part # LF95RE and 9 16 inch wireless console ATSC, part # LF 16 inch. Both items can be or equal. Details can be found on the attached requirements document. This acquisition is being set aside for Small Business and solicited IAW FAR 19.502-2(a) Total Small Business Set-Asides. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 339920, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This contract will be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP). Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package, as no paper copies will be furnished. No bidder mailing list will be maintained. Potential offerors are encouraged to monitor www.fedbizopps.gov for any changes to the announcement or subsequent solicitation and postings. All offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, which is available at https://www.sam.gov. ALL QUESTIONS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING. QUESTIONS OVER THE TELEPHONE WILL NOT BE TAKEN. All QUESTIONS ARE DUE BY SEPTEMBER 2, 2015 AT 1:00pm ALASKA TIME. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS WILL BE POSTED BY SEPTEMBER 4, 2015 AT 1:00PM ALASKA TIME. NO ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWERED AFTER SEPTEMBER 2, 2015 AT 1:00PM ALASKA TIME. "Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror any costs."
