Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency, Luzerne County Office in Luzerne, Pennsylvania, is interested in receiving expressions of interest for approximately 3,700 - 4,200 net usable square feet of Class A office space together with 39 on-site, paved parking spaces for a term of 10 years. To be considered, office location must be within the boundaries on the North by City Limits of Luzerne, PA; bounded on the East by City Limits of Luzerne, PA; bounded on the South by City Limits of Luzerne, PA; and bounded on the West by City limits of Luzerne, PA. Preference will be given to first floor space. Occupancy is required within twelve (12) months of the Lease Award. Written notice of availability of space and expression of interest must be submitted by 5:00 PM EST, September 14, 2015. Contact: Orin M.
