- This is a Sources Sought only. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is performing market research to assess the commercial marketplace for custodial janitorial services at the West Oahu Veterans Center. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. The West Oahu Veterans Center is located at 885 Kamokila Blvd. Kapolei, HI 96707. Services are required 2-3 days a week. The approximate size of the Veterans Center is 2,200 square feet. There is no solicitation document as this time. The NAICS is 561720 with Small Business size of $18 million. The Department of Veterans Affairs is contemplating the award of one contract with a base year and four option years. A DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) is attached. Please read through the DRAFT SOW before responding to this notice. If your company provides grounds maintenance services, please provide the information requested below: 1.Company Name 2.Company Duns & Bradstreet Number 3.Socio-economic Status (e.g. large business, small business, service-disabled veteran owned small business, etc.) 4.Point of Contact with Name, Email Address, and Telephone Number 5.Where do you currently provide or where have you provided janitorial services? Please note that your company must actually be able to perform these services. This is not a solicitation for brokerage services. Please provide the information to Nicole Do at Nicole.do@va.gov by 12:00 PM PST on August 28, 2015. If you have questions pertaining to the DRAFT SOW, please email those questions nicole.do@va.gov. Questions/comments are welcomed as the document is a DRAFT and subject to change based on industry input. If you are responding as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned or Veteran Owned Small Business, you must be CERTIFIED in VetBiz (see internet site: http://vip.vetbiz.gov). All Contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) (see internet site: http://www.sam.gov).
