- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is combined synopsis/solicitation for janitorial commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE solicitation issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), and Fort Worth District (SWF) for janitorial services at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District, Port Arthur Resident Office. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561720, Janitorial Service, with a business size standard of $18 million. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, and any other items and services necessary to provide the janitorial services per the attached Performance Work Statement. LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION OF THE INSTALLATION: The worksite is located at the Port Arthur Resident Office, 8737 9th Avenue, Port Arthur, Texas, 77642. The combined office building space is approximately 2,310 sq.ft. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE : Base Year Oct 1, 2015 through 30 Sep 2016 with four additional option years thereafter.
