Description: This specification covers the purchase and installation of four vertical turbine pump/motor assemblies. Two pumps (Pumps 1 and 2) will be used in the pump house to dewater the unit tunnels. Two other pumps (Pumps 3 and 4) are part of the draft tube dewatering system. The discharge tees shall be mounted in the exact position as the existing pumps to provide for easy installation of the new pump systems. The pumps shall be oil free to prevent water contamination.
