Description

This is a presolicitation notice is in accordance with FAR 5.204. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6 (NCO 6) has a requirement for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for custom procedure trays at the Richmond VA Medical Center (Richmond VAMC). Below, is a description of the requirement and other relevant information: Description: Twenty-nine (29) Custom Procedure Trays are required for procedures including arthrograms, myelograms and biopsies. The custom procedure tray IDIQ will require pack assembly/manufacture, sterilization, quality assurance, packaging, contractor electronic communication ordering and reporting, and delivery. Deliveries will be made either to the Government Medical Surgical Prime Vendor (MSPV) or directly to the Richmond VAMC. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. See the attached draft statement of work and custom tray pack contents for details regarding specifications and materials. Deliveries are typically made for a month or two months worth of supplies, but are subject to variation. The contract will consist of a base ordering period and four (4) option year ordering periods. The anticipated CLIN structure is as follows. Quantities are estimates of annual requirements.
