- Install three (3) sets of video conferencing equipment as per Statement of Work utilizing Government Furnished Equipment, with warranty, at Arcadia, CA, and provide miscellaneous hardware to complete functional installation. The purpose of this contract is to secure services of a Contractor to procure and install Video conferencing packages in 3 locations with in the Angeles National Forest headquarters and Angeles Training and Conference Center (ATCC) buildings located in Arcadia, CA. Existing audio visual systems are currently installed in these locations and the proposed work involves installing Government-provided equipment (supplementing as necessary), interfacing and enhancing the capabilities of the various systems, including connection to the secure Forest Service computer network. Specific assistance for access to the network will be provided, however the successful awardee will be responsible for all installation and hardware/software interface up to entry into the secure network. Contractor Responsibility: The Contractor shall provide everything--including, but not limited to, all equipment, supplies, transportation, labor, and supervision necessary to complete the project, except for that which the contract clearly states is to be furnished by the Government. The Contractor shall provide tools, extension cords, ladders and any other common installation items. Electricity (120VAC) is on-site. C. Estimated start work date is 09/14/2015. Anticipated Period of Performance: 5 Days after Notice to Proceed The required delivery date is no later than (NLT) 5 days after Notice to Proceed (NTP). NOTE: Vendors having difficulty meeting the required delivery date must submit a reasonable alternative and justification for the extension of delivery. C.02. Location and Description The following three location designations require installation of stated hardware packages. These designators are utilized in any attachments to detail available equipment and resources vis-à-vis required upgrades.
