- NSN: 2530-00-438-5150 - Support Assembly, SU being bought in accordance with Naval Ship Systems Command (80064) with Drawing Number 2584800-1. Based on market research this item is not commercial and will be solicited using FAR Part 15. The required quantity is (37) each to be shipped to (SW3121) Albany, GA ZIP CODE 31704-3019. FOB will be at Origin and inspection acceptance will be at Origin. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 9/10/2015. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are technical drawings/bid sets available at http://www.logcom.marines.mil/Centers/GeneralStaff/WSMC/drawings.aspx solicitation is small business set-aside. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and proposed delivery, per provisions (52.215-9C09, 52.211-9051, and 52.215-9022). The required delivery is 120 days This After Receipt Of Order (ARO). Best commercial packaging is acceptable. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. Unit of Issue: EA The Small Business size standard is 750 employees. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 2530. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
