- SF-18 Solicitation N0042115-T-0546 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase request on a full and open competitive basis, under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Request is set-aside for Total Small Business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Award all or none See Attached RFQ. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Please reference the Solicitation number above (N00421-15-T-XXXX) on your quote. Please include your Cage Code. Please identify if items are FOB Destination or FOB Origin and include any shipping charges. Estimated Delivery Date After Receipt of Order. Items must be brand new. See Section C: Award is expected on 8 September 2015. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received before 9:00am est. on 02 September will be considered by the Government.
